Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

Manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Global Edukasi (JGE) must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in any other journal. The manuscript must be written in good academic English.

All submissions must be made through the journal submission system.

2. Scope of the Journal

Jurnal Global Edukasi (JGE) publishes articles in the field of education, including but not limited to:

• Educational Theory

• Teaching and Learning

• Curriculum Development

• Educational Technology

• Educational Management

• Teacher Education

• Early Childhood Education

• Primary and Secondary Education

• Higher Education

• Inclusive Education

• Educational Psychology

• Assessment and Evaluation

• Vocational Education

• Distance Learning

• Interdisciplinary Studies in Education

Manuscripts outside the scope will not be processed.

3. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

• Research Articles

• Review Articles

• Conceptual Papers

• Case Studies

4. Manuscript Format

Manuscripts should be prepared using the following format:

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

• Font: Times New Roman

• Font size: 12 pt

• Line spacing: 1.5

• Paper size: A4

• Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides

• Length: 5–12 pages

5. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

1. Title

2. Author Name(s)

3. Affiliation(s)

4. Email address of corresponding author

5. Abstract (150–250 words)

6. Keywords (3–5 words)

7. Introduction

8. Literature Review

9. Method

10. Results and Discussion

11. Conclusion

12. References

6. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract must be written in English and contain a brief description of the purpose, method, results, and conclusion.

Provide 3–5 keywords separated by commas.

7. References

References should use APA Style.

All references cited in the text must be listed in the reference list.

Authors are encouraged to use recent references from reputable journals.

Example:

Smith, J. (2020). Education and learning theory. Journal of Education, 5(2), 10–20.

8. Submission Procedure

Authors must submit manuscripts through the journal online system.

The manuscript will be checked for completeness before being sent to the review process.

9. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

The editor will send the manuscript to at least two reviewers.

The final decision will be made by the editor based on reviewer recommendations.

10. Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software.

The similarity index must not exceed the journal limit.

Manuscripts containing plagiarism will be rejected.

11. Article Processing Charges

Jurnal Global Edukasi (JGE) does not charge any submission fee or Article Processing Charges (APC).

All publication processes are free of charge.

12. Copyright

Authors retain copyright of their work.

The journal has the right to publish and distribute the article.

13. Ethical Statement

Authors must ensure that the manuscript does not contain plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research.

Any violation of publication ethics will result in rejection.
